About the Artist

Art Designs by Naomi
Naomi began drawing at a very young age. She was an art major in high school and college. She received an AA degree in art from Santa Rosa Jr. College in Santa Rosa, California. She went from drawing to painting and is proficient in acrylics and watercolor.

Her favorite subjects are animals and paints them on stone, slate, wood and canvas. She has entered and won many art shows and has done many commissioned pieces of pets over the years.

She used to live in Camp Verde, Arizona and her work was in the Goldenstein Gallery in Sedona, Arizona. She also did two portraits of rodeo cowboys who were inducted into the Rodeo Hall of Fame in Denver, Colorado in 2006. Her pieces hung in the museum for that year.

Naomi moved to Aberdeen in the summer of 2009 and now makes her home here. She has work displayed at the Hoquiam Farmers Market and Revelations Gallery in Issaquah. She is also involved with the Grays Harbor County Fair “Fine Arts and Creative Writing” department and art show in Elma, WA.
