About the Artist
I grew up in Grays Harbor, where I graduated from Wishkah Valley High, moved on to Grays Harbor college and transferred with my Associates to Western Washington University where I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts – with a focus in paint and a minor in Art History. I moved back after graduating from WWU, to the harbor to be with my family and husband in 2011.
I currently study landscapes, and small objects that carry with them a sense of nostalgia which I can’t describe in words. I deeply enjoy being able to present familiarity and a sense of belonging in my work to others. It is my goal as an artist to continue working with local landscapes and familiar objects.
